Global Senior Management Program (GSMP)
The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and IE Business School
have jointly developed:

executive development faculties.

thanks to the role of the “Program orchestrator” and the Learning

The learning and networking experience continues even after the program
ends, since both the University of Chicago-Booth School of Business and
IE Business School will continue to provide GSMP graduates with relevant
educational resources and opportunities through their alumni networks.
Besides, the GSMP compact format -1 week in June (London) +1 week in
July (Madrid)- is very compatible with demanding job positions.
Participants Profile
The program is aimed at members of the Managing Commitee and Administrative Councils,
presidents, company owners, managing directors, vice presidents, unit directors, country
managers and other senior managers, whose responsibilities are strategic affairs within
their companies, and whose focus is clearly international. They bring over 15 years of
experience in senior management.
Participants Nationality: International.
Participants Age: usually ranges from 38 to 50.
Program Format
2 separate residential modules with an intersession period (During the online module, Faculty
will perform an individual “leadership assessment” to give each participant a personalized feed
back in order to maximize their strongest leadership capabilities and to identify gaps that might
be covered by their team).
