Innovative Leadership
Winning Skills for You and Your Team
Program Overview
Fast-evolving markets and heightened competition are the norms in today’s global
economy, were very few companies, and their results, stand out. This competitive
advantage often results not from the most ingenious product design, the best
marketing strategy, or state-of-the-art production technology, but rather from
the effective leadership of a company. Whilst many organizations recognize the
importance of managing their work force effectively, it is alarming how often firms
and managers fail to do so.
What is more, many organizations are now replacing traditional pyramidal and
hierarchical organizational structures with flatter managerial models. Under these
circumstances, teams are becoming the principal axis around which most processes
pivot. Therefore, the success of an executive lies in his or her capacity to develop and
lead herself and her team effectively.
Innovative Leadership is a challenging three-day hands-on practical international
executive program that focuses on how to identify the roles that a successful global
leader plays and how to maximize them.
