Works as Program Manager with the IE Custom Education team since June 2004. Her work has focused
on helping corporate clients design and deliver educational initiatives which address specific business
challenges they are facing. This has lead to extensive experience in telecommunications/IT, pharma and
financial services. Prior to joining IE, Ulrike worked as Account Manager in the area of Public Affairs and
Financial Communication in Brussels, Berlin and Frankfurt. She holds an MBA from IE Business School, an
MA (with distinction) in Public Relations from Leeds Metropolitan University and a BA in Communication
and Economics from Freie Universität Berlin.
Was born in Transylvania, Romania, where she completed a BA in Sociology and Psychology from the
University of Bucharest at Spiru Haret. She joined IE Business School in September 2003 as a Process
Manager for IE Custom Education, responsible for managing program logistics and coordinating with
Faculty. Since October 2007 she has worked as Program Manager, developing and delivering customized
educational experiences with and for our corporate clients. Alina has focused on developing relationships
with organisations in Central and Eastern Europe, building an expertise around talent management in those
markets. Previously, she worked with Carnival Cruise Lines in the United States and as a translator for
various law firms in Madrid. She holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School (Spain).
Joined the IE Custom Education team as a Program Manager in April 2006. She has worked on the
design and delivery of custom programs for various multinational clients from Europe and Africa and is also
involved in customer relationship management and business development initiatives in these regions. Prior
to working for IE, Nora worked in the Corporate Services department of American Express in Madrid and
also with the Minnesota Timberwolves professional basketball team in the United States. She holds a BA
degree in Biology from Macalester College (St. Paul, Minnesota, USA) and an MBA from IE Business School.
Is our newest team member, working in IE Custom Education as a Program Assistant since 2008.
She provides extensive support for our program deliveries, so that delegates, educators and clients can
fully focus on the educational experience. Growing up in a bilingual region in the north of Italy, she soon
discovered her passion for languages. After finishing her BA degree in Foreign Languages at the University
of Verona in Italy, Monika was living for three years in Australia and New Zealand teaching Italian and
working as well at the Italian Consulate. She now speaks five languages fluently.
